(DE) Privatsphäre-Plus: Sagt ‚Hallo‘ zum neuen Telefonkabinen-Duo!

Wir haben aufgrund der veränderten Arbeitsweise unserer Coworker zwei Telefonboxen angeschafft. Nach längerer Marktrecherche haben wir bei Rodrigo von offcoustic in Portugal bestellt, weil:

• Der Kauf unterstützt ein kleines Unternehmen.
• Die Produktion findet in Portugal statt.
• Der Akustikfilz in der Kabine ist aus recycleten Plastikflaschen.
• 100 Bäume wurden pro Box gepflanzt zur Kompensation von Herstellung und Transport.
• Die kompakte Bauweise der Kabinen fordert wenig Raum, so lassen sie sich leicht in das Büro integrieren.
• Die Investition ist für Boutique Coworking Spaces wie Rayaworx eher machbar als bei Lösungen, die den Corporate Markt ansprechen.

Einige Videokonferenzen und Telefonate fanden bereits in den Boxen statt – der Sound blieb brav drinnen. Die Stimme wird wunderbar ohne Hintergrundgeräusche übertragen. Sehr praktisch sind die USB-Ladebuchsen neben der Steckdose.

Als erste Nutzerin begrüssten wir eine Coworkerin, die in der Sprecherkabine erfolgreich ihr Erstgespräch im Bewerbungsprozess absolvierte und in die nächste Runde kam. Prima Start!

(ES) Más Privacidad: Saluda al Nuevo Dúo de Cabinas Telefónicas

Hemos comprado dos cabinas telefónicas debido al cambio en la forma de trabajar de nuestros coworkers. Pedíamos a Rodrigo de offcoustic en Portugal después de investigar el mercado porque:

• La compra apoya a las pequeñas empresas.
• La producción tiene lugar en Portugal.
• El fieltro acústico del interior está hecho de botellas de plástico recicladas.
• Se plantaron 100 árboles por caja para compensar la producción y el transporte.
• El diseño compacto de los cábinas requiere poco espacio, por lo que pueden integrarse fácilmente en la oficina.
• La inversión es más factible para espacios de coworking pequeñitos como Rayaworx que para soluciones dirigidas al mercado corporativo.

Ya se habían realizado algunas videoconferencias y llamadas telefónicas en las cabinas – el sonido se quedó dentro. La voz se transmite maravillosamente sin ruido de fondo. Las tomas de carga USB junto a la toma de corriente son muy cómodas.

La primera usuaria a la que dimos la bienvenida fue una coworker que superó con éxito su primera entrevista en el proceso de solicitud en una de las cabinas y pasó a la siguiente ronda. ¡Grandioso inicio!

(EN) Privacy Plus: Say ‚Hello‘ to the new Telephone Booths!

We have purchased two telephone boxes due to the changes in the way our coworkers work. We ordered from Rodrigo of offcoustic in Portugal after researching the market because:

• The purchase supports small businesses.
• The production takes place in Portugal.
• The acoustic felt inside is made from recycled plastic bottles.
• 100 trees were planted per box to offset production and transport.
• The compact design of the cubicles requires little space, so they can be easily integrated into the office.
• The investment is more feasible for boutique coworking spaces like Rayaworx than for solutions targeting the corporate market.

A few video conferences and phone calls had already taken place – the sound remained inside the phone booth. The voice is transmitted wonderfully without background noise. The USB charging sockets next to the power outlet are very convenient.

The first user we welcomed was a coworker who successfully completed her first interview in the application process in one of the booths and moved on to the next round. A great start!
