Wir sind begeistert, wie viele Menschen sich für Coworking interessieren! Inhabergeführte Coworking Spaces wie wir setzen auf Gemeinschaft und den Austausch, was sich in offenen Räumen ausdrückt. Es gibt im Rayaworx keine separaten Einzelbüros, die oft angefragt werden. Die Schutzmassnahmen gegen Covid-19 nehmen wir ernst und haben daher die Kapazität des Space deutlich reduziert: So können wir auf Abstand gemeinsam arbeiten und am Platz auf den Mundnasen-Schutz verzichten (siehe Hygienekonzept).
Menschen, die 2021 zum Coworking kommen, sprechen durch die vielen Videokonferenzen in ihrem beruflichen Alltag deutlich mehr als das in den Jahren zuvor der Fall war. Aufgrund der veränderten Situation haben wir nach neuerlicher Marktrecherche beim Anbieter offcoustic in Portugal 2 Sprechboxen bestellt. Die Anpflanzung von 100 Bäumen als Ausgleich für jede der bestellten ‚Office Pods‘ wurde bereits finanziert. Bis zur Lieferung teilen wir uns weiterhin gemeinsam den Meetingraum in Doppelfunktion: Coworking auf Distanz sowie Online-Moderation von Workshops, Konferenzen oder Seminaren.
Im Juli freuen wir uns auf zwei Online Salons: „LEGO Serious Play – online?!“ mit Jens Dröge (1. Jul 18:30) sowie „Agiles Spielen“ mit Dina Sierralta (14. Jul 18:30). Beides interaktive Livestreams – schalt dich ein und bring deine Fragen ein!

Estamos entusiasmados con la cantidad de gente que está interesada en el coworking! Los espacios de coworking gestionados por sus propietarios, como nosotros, se centran en la comunidad y el intercambio, que se expresa en espacios abiertos. En Rayaworx no hay oficinas individuales separadas, que a menudo se solicitan. Nos tomamos muy en serio las medidas de protección contra el Covid-19, por lo que hemos reducido considerablemente la capacidad del espacio: esto nos permite trabajar juntos a distancia y prescindir de la protección bucal en el espacio (véase el concepto de higiene).
Las personas que acuden al coworking en 2021 hablan mucho más que en años anteriores debido a todas las videoconferencias en su vida profesional. Debido al cambio de la situación, hemos pedido 2 cabinas telefonicas al proveedor offcoustic en Portugal tras un nuevo estudio de mercado. Ya se ha financiado la plantación de 100 árboles para compensar cada uno de los phone booth pedidos. Hasta la entrega, seguiremos compartiendo la sala de reuniones en una doble función: coworking a distancia y facilitación en línea de talleres, conferencias o seminarios.

We are excited about how many people are interested in coworking! Owner-managed coworking spaces like us focus on community and exchange, which is expressed in open spaces. There are no separate individual offices at Rayaworx, which are often requested. We take the protective measures against Covid-19 seriously and have therefore significantly reduced the capacity of the space: this allows us to work together at a distance and dispense with the mouth-nose protection at the space (see hygiene concept).
People who come to coworking in 2021 speak much more than they did in previous years due to the many video conferences in their professional lives. Due to the changed situation, we ordered 2 phone booths from the supplier offcoustic in Portugal after renewed market research. The planting of 100 trees as compensation for each of the ordered office pods has already been financed. Until delivery, we continue to share the meeting room together in a dual function: coworking at a distance as well as online facilitation of workshops, conferences or seminars.
