Can you believe it’s been 25 years since ‚coworking‘ was created to tag a new way of working together? A quarter of a century of shared desks, brainstorming sessions, and fostering connections that go beyond the workday. As a fellow coworking space host, I’m brimming with excitement to celebrate this milestone, and I want you to join the party!
Let’s celebrate #coworking25!
To commemorate this momentous year, I’m thrilled to announce a coworking blog carnival! This is a chance for us, the passionate individuals behind these incredible spaces and communities, to come together and share our stories, insights, and experiences.
Here’s how you can join the fun
This blog carnival is dedicated to coworking hosts, coworking community manager or coworking space operators / founders.
- Pick a theme: Reflect on the past 25 years of coworking. Was there a specific trend that resonated with you? A challenge you faced? Or perhaps an innovation that excites you for the future? Choose a theme that sparks your creativity and aligns with your unique perspective.
- Craft a compelling post: Write a blog post / LinkedIn article that delves into your chosen theme. Share your experiences, insights, and lessons learned as a coworking host.
- Publish your post between March 6th, 2024 and
April 20thApril 30th, 2024: Don’t forget to include a link to this invitation blog post as well as the carnival hashtag #coworking25, so we may all find and celebrate each other’s work. - Spread the word: Share your post on social media, tag fellow coworking space hosts, and invite your community to join the discussion.
- Join the conversation: Visit other participating blogs, leave thoughtful comments, and connect with the amazing community of coworking enthusiasts.

- What has been the most significant change you’ve observed in the coworking landscape over the past 25 years?
- What are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced as a coworking host / community manager / coworking space owner, and how have you overcome them?
- Share a personal story that highlights the power of collaboration and community within your coworking community.
- What excites you most about the future of coworking? What are your hopes and aspirations for the future of coworking spaces?
